Notification No. 73/2012-Customs (N.T.)

 

New Delhi, dated the 9^th August, 2012.

 
            S.O.    (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties as adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by –
 
(i)         the Additional Commissioner of Customs(Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra;
 
(ii)        the Assistant / Deputy Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Bhilwara;
 
(iii)       the Assistant / Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo, New Delhi; and
 
(iv)      the Assistant / Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo, Jaipur (Rajasthan),
        
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s M/s Primera Sulz Pvt. Ltd., G-125-128, RIICO Industrial Area, 4^thPhase, Bhilwara and others issued vide, F.No.840/Jpr/19-XV(27)/2010/1449-1456 dated 27^th September, 2011, by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (Regional Unit), Jaipur.
