New Delhi, dated the 27^th August, 2012.
 

            S.O.    (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, NhavaSheva, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties as adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by –
 
(i)     the Additional Commissioner (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva; and
 
(ii)    the Additional Commissioner (Import), Custom House, Near Balaji Temple, Kandla,
           
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Trans Agro India Pvt. Ltd., 506/507, Great Eastern Galleria, Sector-4, Nerul (W), Navi Mumbai-400706 issued vide, F.No.DRI/MZU/CI-22/2012 dated 3^rd July, 2012, by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
