Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority

New Delhi, the 24^th January, 2013.

            S.O.    (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes on the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to act as the adjudicating  authority, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on –
    (i)   the Additional Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;  and

    (ii)   the Additional Commissioner of Customs, CFS, Patparganj, New Delhi,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to  M/s Sanam Exports, 25/75, Gali No.15 Vishwasnagar, New Delhi., issued vide, F. No.23/42/2009-DZU(Sanam)/3512 to 3518, dated the  31^st July, 2012,  by the Assistant Director,  Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,  Zonal Unit,  Delhi.

Opinion

CBEC hereby imposes on the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to act as the adjudicating authority, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice dated the 31st July, 2012 pertaining to M/s Sanam Exports, 25/75, Gali No.15 Vishwasnagar, New Delhi., issued by the Assistant Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Delhi.
